Vanilla Cupcakes

5 minutues Cupcakes 


250g butter 
2 cups sugar 
2 teaspoon vanilla essence 
4 eggs 
4 teaspoon baking 
3 cups flour 
1 cup milk 

Icing 

200g

Butter 

3 cups icing sugar 

1 tablespoon milk 

Gel or liquid col

METHOD

Beat together for 5 minutes on high speed. Fill cupcake cases half way. Bake for 10 minutes on 180 deg. 

Icing 

Cream butter and sugar until creamy 

Add milk and color or your choice, beat again pipe as desired
