Arabic bread

You will need:

4cups flour
1 package yeast
2 tablespoon sal( or as desired)
2cup warm water ( may be you need less or more water depends on the flour itself)


Mix the yeast with water and then mix them with all the ingredients, you should mix them until you have a good stiff dough. Then cover them and set a side in a warm place until it arises the double( 1-1 1/2 hour) , after that, turn out the dough onto a floured board and cut them into 12 portions and let them rise to 20-30 minutes.
Heat the oven at 350 F , put a little of flour on each portion and push its edges down to be formed as a circle ,then gently put them in a cookie sheet to bake it until be lightly browned.
